From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive concierge, efficient housekeeping, and friendly bell staff, every team member went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. Whether we were sightseeing or relaxing, the hotel served as the perfect home base. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality."

"Gave me a very early check in after my travel plans changed which was fantastic. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Hotel has a great location in the river and walkable to many places to eat. Room was comfortable. Great cocktail bar. I will stay here again. "

"The property was very affordable, close to everything (tube and walking) and very clean. While it wasn't 5000 thread count sheets or fancy rooms, it wasn't advertised as such. Bed was comfortable and perfect for someone staying who knows they won't be in their room very much. Staff was awesome!"

"Excellent, the waiting/reception area is full of people making the place feel vibrant and the mattress, linens, and pillows were all clean. I gave it 4/5 stars because some of the bathrooms were pretty dirty. People would leave trash out of the bins and or leave clothes around without picking up after themselves. Perhaps not a reflection of the staff themselves, but I wish something could’ve been done there. Otherwise the reception/hosts were incredibly receiving and very friendly. "
