"Good quality basic hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Everything was clean and working, particularly the air conditioning in the room. The room was serviced daily, including new tea and coffee. Excellent continental breakfast with various cooked options in addition. The smart TV with BBC iPlayer was an added bonus. The hotel Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The room was a bit small and dark, but comfortable as a place to sleep."

"Quite room on 4th floor, swimming pool was perfect for kids to swim in and enjoy there time, recommend it to others to stay for few night, it's short distance to metro center and ikea.... Etc"

"Lovely place , very cost effective, close to the train station, exercise friendly as you can talk a walk by the river. Good views from the rooms, tasty food and lovely staff. Really highly recommended. "

"Everywhere was spotlessly clean, only issue was un emptied bin and no toilet roll but was quickly dealt with, staff were extremely helpful and polite, breakfast is made to order, we had cooked so cant offer any guidance on the continental but what i saw looked lovely, fresh fruits,yogurts,various breads,cereals ect.. "An ideal stay for a short trip to Newcastle. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was as expected for what we paid: spacious and well laid out with tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge. It was a bit dated, but that didn’t affect our stay. The pool was run-down and not worth the extra £5 to be able to use."

"Only stayed overnight for early flight, room rate and room was good, bar and meals were expensive for what was provided. Not good value."
