"I was allocated a disability room which had an automatic door which was annoying and the unsuite was also for disability so it did not feel comfortable and the room needs renovation especially the shower space."

"Stairs up to room were very clean and well kept. Corridors clean, spacious and lovely air fresheners used. Room was very clean, spacious and quiet and cosy. Bed comfortable and lovely pillows. Bathroom had good shower and a bathmat was provided which I like to have. Good shower gel, shampoo,conditioner and hand cream provided. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice. Friendly staff. Would recommend and would stay again."

"Ten minute walk to the Metrocentre made shopping there convenient and avoided parking problems. Room was clean and well furnished but a frig and microwave would be nice. Check on Expedia or other sites for the best prices."
