Nice hotel
Hotel was very nice, but poor vegetarian choice in restaurant. The gemuse curry was Luke warm ….. so a disappointment. However the staff were very pleasant. Also the bar was closed off for some reason. Despite the food the hotel was very nice.

We wanted to see Heidleberg and found the Leonardo an easy place to find, park and relax in at the end of a hot day. Great barman by the pool, friendly staff at breakfast time. Happy staff at reception!

It was a very nice hotel and the room was excellent. The pool and fitness areas were all excellent as well. The only criticism was that the bar was not open at all and the breakfast was very busy. On the whole a very nice hotel and would be very happy to stay again.

Wonderful hotel
Although the hotel clearly has some age, it is clearly being kept up very clean and welcoming to its visitors. The room was very comfortable and the bed was perfect. The A/C cooled very well although at times it was a bit noisy. My biggest issue was the Wi-fi as it had a poor signal, but my room was very far away from the main building and that probably had much to do with the weak signal. The staff was very helpful and always had a great smile to share with its visitors. They clearly enjoy working there. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and certainly will use it again if I am in this area.

A bit out of the way, but otherwise fine
Nice enough hotel but location meant a car trip to do anything. That said, staff were very good and friendly and the beds were comfy. Not ever so "up to date" decor wise as it were, but worth the money paid. Perfectly acceptable in its price range.

The room was not well maintained.. broken toilet seat, refrigerator didn’t work and was cramped for 3 beds unlike the room we go last time. Looked old and not kept well. Breakfast was very basic and bad on quality . It was much much better when we stayed there in September

Old and too big, Not ver y clean. We had to ask to change room because one noisy neighbor and the other one’s barking dog. While complaining about it 2 other guests were complaining about the same problem. Too many dogs in the dining room.

Good value, would stay here again
A nice hotel to stay in. The room was very spacious, I was impressed by the size of it. Having a small fridge in the room was also a bonus. We appreciated the free water, coffee/tea in the room. The outdoor and indoor pool were both very nice. We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment on that. The hotel is a little old-fashioned in it's styling, but that wasn't something that really bothered us. The nearby town is only just over 10mins walk away, and there are quite a few restaurants to choose from there. The surrounding area is also very pretty, I went out for a 10k run and really enjoyed running through fields and forests and by a small lake. My only complaint is that we stayed for 3 nights, and on both the second and third day our key cards had been de-activated at midday as if we were checking out that day so we had to go back to reception and the get the key cards activated again, which was a little bit annoying. But the hotel was very good value for money, so I can forgive this slight issue. We would stay here again if we are back in the area.

leonardo hotel was very classic. We stayed in the maisonette room, which my girls loved, because it was like a loft apartment. Breakfast was delicious as well. I liked that they had an almond milk option, because my 5 year old is allergic to all dairy. Most hotels o my offer cows milk. The staff was great and although it was a German holiday (everything was closed except a döner shop), the city of Walldorf is about 3 minutes away if you need to grab a few things from the store or catch a restaurant. If you like to hike, there are plenty of trails in the area as well. Picturesque town. Heidelberg about 15 minutes away.

A some what depressing business hotel only there in order to be close to SAP HQ. Nothing particular wrong, but could do with a renovation. The restaurant was ok with friendly staff, but a bit pricey.

Good value when travelling by car
Spacious rooms and free parking. Breakfast could be better as well as cleanliness in the rooms. However, convenient location on the Heidelberg edge, especially when travelling by car. The pool and sauna was good, minigym only for runners, no mass building machines.

Overall the stay was very good, however, houskeeping should be a little bit more detail oriented. Hard to reach spots in the bathroom were a tad moldy, coffee and water was never restocked.

Nice comfortable hotel with good food!
From check in to check out we had a pleasant time. Check in was easy and fast, they have fruit water, candies and apples in the lobby. Our room, we had a suite, was big especially for Germany! My bed and the bathroom with the shower & tub were upstairs. There was a half bathroom downstairs. Our son slept on the fold out sofa. The room was clean and well kept. There were two things we didn't like. The first was: when the couch was out as a bed there wasn't enough chairs for us to sit in and there was no table. There is a small desk and a couple of end tables. The second was: we heard a thumping noise that kept happening till about 3 am. We didn't say anything to the staff, we just put on our noise machine and went to bed. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was good. Check out was easy and quick. We would stay here again!

Convenient for SAP business trips
The hotel is very convenient for SAP business trips. The staff are friendly and check-in was efficient. The restaurant, pool and facilities are nice. However, the rooms need to be renovated. Several times I've stayed here and felt that the bathroom was not cleaned properly, no toilet paper etc.
