"Great pools and clean property overall, however the Nene geese leave a lot of poop on grass and pools areas. Clean up is done by staff daily, however one day near building 3 the pool deck was filled with poop and not cleaned for quite some time even with a call to the front desk. Restaurant is decent, but during our late February early march stay, there was no breakfast served at the sit down restaurant. Studio was great with a full kitchen and we had an ocean view room. Wonderful views with our am coffee on the terrace. Walking areas were wonderful as well, for those who love to walk. "

"Great place for a family. Nice pool, good location, great staff and food trucks are a sweet perk to make life easy. If you’re up for walking a mile the beach is right there. My wife has one complaint. The bullfrog was super loud at 3:00 am every morning…so plan for that."

"The property was great! We really wnjoyed how spacious the rooms were. The front desk has trais to borrow for the beach and coolers in the rooms! I would opt for a roomaway from the pool if possible. Quiet hours are 10pm and folks get pretty loud in the evenings at the pool. "

"We rented a fully equipped condo unit. Immaculate. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and liked that the pool is heated. Felt price was reasonable for what you get."

"The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, salt & pepper, etc. The host was friendly and so helpful. But I had to give it four stars because the loft sleeping area was so hot as to be unusable for sleeping. We had to pull a mattress downstairs and have our kids sleep in the dining area because the single, tiny window unit air conditioner simply cannot cool the loft sleeping space. It's a nice apartment if you're not using the upstairs beds, but we booked it because we wanted that extra sleeping space and just couldn't use it. "

"Nice secluded place. Condo type units. One private bedroom and daybed with bifold door. Full Kitchen and Two bathrooms. If you want a great ocean view pay for the "delux" ocean view. No workout facility. Beautiful property --casual and great price for area."

"The property itself is beautiful and everything went smoothly at first. However, there were significant issues that impacted our overall experience. We saw multiple roaches in the unit, which was concerning from the start. On our last evening, the unit flooded due to an adjacent rooms problem. We had maintenance in and out for several hours, disrupting our evening. While the issue was eventually addressed, there was no meaningful compensation for the time we were impacted, no move to another unit or urgency to find us another stay. The response felt impersonal and lacking in care, and the only compensation offered was removal of the resort fees, which did not feel proportionate to the disruption. It was disappointing given how much we enjoyed the stay up until that point but the customer service was lacking. Because of these issues, we would not choose to stay here again or recommend this stay. "
