Since many houses in Kauai are not air conditioned (and so very hot in the summer), this house was easily 10+ degrees cooler with the trade winds, which was amazing! This house was a dream come true! It was perfect for our family. The layout of the bedrooms offered privacy and the view of the ocean was just amazing.
