"Location was great! All instructions were helpful and accurate! Huge bathroom and spacious bedroom! We had some loud neighbors during the day! It provided everything we needed for a lovely vacation in Princeville and I found the host extremely responsive to questions (though we had no problems and all info was easy to find). "We had a great time. The rooms were upstairs and the kitchen/living on the main floor. Windows opened easily to create a great way to keep the house cool. Everything was updated and our family of 6 fit wonderfully. Pullout bed on the main couch was a fun bonus. Trees all around with birds and chickens. Location was great for walking to the resorts on the trail system and easily driving to Hanalei (5minutes). Easily recommended."

"We felt so comfortable here. We had everything we needed to feel at home. The place was clean, spacious, stocked with everything we needed, and the grocery store was only a short distance away. "Spacious and beautifully decorated one bedroom house in Princeville. A great place to relax and recharge. Like most places in Kauai this house does not have Air Conditioning, necessitating leaving windows open to cool the inside. Occasional traffic noise could be a problem if you are noise sensitive, but for us it was just a minor annoyance. The place had everything we needed and we would stay here again if we should return to Kauai."

"This was our second time staying at The Cliff's complex and we loved it. The condo is modern and has a full kitchen and lots of beach items to borrow. My son especially loved the pool area. "I liked the spaciousness of our one bedroom cottage and the beauty of the grounds. There was only one air conditioner which is in the living area--not enough to cool down the entire cottage. There was, however, a large standing fan so between the two, it was fine. I wish the beach was swimmable--but I knew going in that it wasn't. Nice pool so that was good! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free laundry facilities on the property really came in handy. Our porch had two chairs but only a small round end-type table. Many of the other cottages had tables large enough for dining which I would have preferred. Fridge was full size and plenty of pots & pans, utensils, etc. If you have coconut sensitively like me, bring your own amenities such as soap and shampoo. They did not have any alternatives. The pros of staying at the cottages far outweighed any of the cons. Would definitely return! "
