"We have stayed at this hotel over half a dozen times and have always found it comfortable and clean. We always request a low floor room and when we first booked about 3 years ago the hotel always allocated this. The last two times we have been allocated higher floors, when asked only to be told, we are fully booked. We always book months in advance and why our request isn’t taken into consideration, I don’t know. We pay for a premium room and with better planning I am sure our request could be made."

"The property itself is a little tired around the edges but the staff are friendly, it’s in a great location with wonderful sea views, the breakfast is hearty and the room amenities are all you could ask for. Thank you for a great stay."
