"Close to the ferry port so convenient for a ferry. Could be noisy at the front but our room was at the side so ok in off season. Room was very dated but comfortable. Had a balcony which we didn’t use. Parking was at the rear. No food available on the premises, but several local cafes were within a couple of minutes walk. (Gregory’s was excellent for coffee, fresh orange juice, pastries and rolls etc.)"

"This is a well managed and very clean family run hotel, and the friendly hosts & staff are very helpful. The rooms are spacious with a balcony (some with outstanding sea views) and a reasonable bathroom. The poolside bar/cafe is a relaxing hangout. The route to the beach is a few hundred meters of steep gradient but I am in 70's and coped ok. The small town and beach has plenty of eating places and options for the younger set. Overall - a good place to stay."

Main saltwater pool fab for floating still under the Ionian sun, proving a popular alternative (via the hotel’s private cliff side funicular lift) to the sea below.. Most staff very friendly & helpful - with notable 5⭐️ customer from daytime receptionist Sofia & customer relations colleague Elenora (who quickly quelled an overnight problem caused an officious young male receptionist.) Whilst overall the hotel’s a bit dated & not everyone will enjoy spectacular views & sounds of areplanes on final approach, we think its’ food, views, pool & most staff make it a great option for a short break"

The room was impeccably clean, and as a nice little touch there was a large bowl of fresh fruit ready for us. The staff deserve great praise - they were incredibly helpful, smiling and service-minded throughout the entire stay. Both breakfast and dinner were of excellent quality and an impressive selection. We can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!"

There are 3 restaurants with beautiful views within 500 meters or less (go up the hill) and a delicious authentic Greek restaurant with a very friendly owner/staff (also up the hill on the right, as well as a convenience store next door. Pool with pool bar a bonus!"
