"This is a nice hotel, Located close to ASU. We were there for a graduation, so just one night. The staff was excellent upon check-in as well as check out. The beds were firm, good for some of us not so good for some of us. The only issue that I really had, was the shower. It was dripping the entire night. The temperature was regulated so not cold, but not super hot. "

"Great stay. Went shopping at Phoenix. Room was clean and comfortable. You kind of hear the noises on other rooms but it was mostly silent at nights. The personnel at the hotel was friendly. Breakfast was simple but okay. Coffee was great. I had the Dark Roast. It was close to some stores but it is at the south entrance of Phoenix. So you need to consider if this is convenient for you. Parking was full at night, so you might habe to walk to the entrance. Great stay overall."

"I have NEVER had a hotel take as long as this one to release my deposit and I stay in a lot of hotels. I stayed on a Saturday night, it’s Wednesday and they still haven’t released it and I always leave my room very clean. There were what sounded like kids partying in one of the rooms in my hall. The hotel handled it pretty quick. I was kinda disappointed there was no bathtub but the room was clean and the cleaning people while walking through the hall to leave were very nice and the front desk...
