"I loved it!!"

A Scottsdale/Cave-creek Resort Like Setting For Your Next Visit!

8/10 Good

"The property was very clean and the kitchen is extremely well stocked, it just needed a few more coffee cups. The pool area is beautiful and enjoyable to use, although some of the cushions need attention, everything still served their purpose. The interior of the home was spotless, although again, some items need minor attention. But nothing that keep us from renting again."

Custom Desert Modern 5 bedroom including Casita! Pickleball, Hot-Tub, Put-Put

10/10 Excellent

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Cave Creek house exceeded all of our expectations for comfort, amenities, and layout. It is truly a beautiful home and our extended family of 10 made good use of all the bedrooms in the main house and the casita as well. The photos give a good representation of the house, but we all thought that everything looked bigger and better in person. With the outdoor bar area, pool, hot tub, fire pits and pickleball court, the property had a real resort feel that we all enjoyed. Communication with the property manager was also good and efficient. We would definitely consider returning. Everything was top-notch with a couple minor exceptions. The pool area was nice but the loungers should be cleaned and the fabric on the sun beds was ripped and should be replaced. Also, property management should consider waiving additional charges to heat the pool at these rental price points. Finally, while the house is advertised as accommodating 14, we did not have enough utensils in the main home to satisfy our group of ten and had to borrow some from the casita for our group dinners. All simple fixes, but they did not materially diminish our enjoyment of this beautiful home. Would love to return someday."

Lovely location with good views of the desert, very quiet and peaceful. Only issue was area around bbq was a little dirty and needed a bit of a deeper clean but overall a great place to stay."

For a family-friendly accommodation in Desert View Village, consider the Charming fully remodeled Cave Creek getaway situated on 2.5 gated acres.

This property, with an outstanding 10.0 rating, offers a wonderful retreat for families. When is the best time to go to Desert View Village?

The best time to visit Desert View Village is during the spring (April to May) and autumn (September to October) when the weather is mild and pleasant.

During these months, daytime temperatures are generally comfortable for exploring the Grand Canyon, typically ranging from 15°C to 25°C. This allows for enjoyable hiking, sightseeing, and photography without the extreme heat of summer or the cold of winter. The clear skies during these periods also offer excellent visibility for the canyon's expansive views, making it ideal for those who appreciate scenic beauty and outdoor activities.

For those planning a trip with family, spring and autumn are particularly good. The milder temperatures mean children can comfortably participate in outdoor activities, and the crowds are generally more manageable than during the peak summer months. This ensures a more relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone, allowing families to take their time at viewpoints and on shorter trails.

Couples looking for a romantic getaway will also find these shoulder seasons perfect. The agreeable weather provides a lovely backdrop for scenic walks along the rim, stargazing evenings, and enjoying the Grand Canyon's natural beauty without the hustle and bustle of high season.
