The front desk staff were fluent in English so they were helpful in giving us pointers on getting around. It was quiet and very safe where we were. Ils en sont désoles…., c’est tout. Lorsque je leur en ai parlé à la réception, le directeur qui était à son bureau tout à côté n’est même pas intervenu pour s’en excuser.
