This villa, which has just been completely renovated, is located in Villasimius, in the Simius area: 800 m from the sea, with an outdoor hot tub and on-site parking.
The villa is situated in a very secluded area, away from traffic, quiet, and perfectly centred between the sea and the town... The location is spectacular: you can easily walk to both the beach and the town.
The house features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with bunk beds—a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sleeper sofa, and air conditioning in every room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: utensils, dishes, and pots and pans, a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker, a 55-inch TV, and a microwave.
There are two terraces, one in front and one in back, where you can enjoy al fresco dining in peace and quiet and spend your evenings. In the garden, you’ll also find a splendid heated outdoor hot tub that seats six: perfect for relaxing in the evening after a day at the beach...
The large, airy garden wraps around three sides of the house; there’s also a barbecue for evening cookouts, and when you return from the beach, you can use the outdoor shower with hot water.

Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge.
In addition, the house is equipped with a washing machine, an iron, and a hair dryer for your convenience.
For families with young children, we offer a cot and a high chair free of charge upon reservation. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, allowing you to stay connected.
Villa Mar Mediterraneo is suitable for long-term stays and offers a low-allergy environment.
