The vacation flat Accu is Prezzus D fronte mare is part of a well-maintained holiday resort in the little town of Simius and only a few metres from the sea. With a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, the two-storey vacation flat can accommodate 7 people. Facilities in the child-friendly apartment also include a cot (for an additional fee), heating (for an additional fee) and cable TV. Parking is available on the street. The covered terrace with its garden furniture and barbecue is the perfect place for relaxing holidays, while the balcony offers a panoramic view of the Mediterranean surroundings and the sea. The nearest beach is just a few minutes’ walk and there are supermarkets and restaurants a few minutes away by car.
