Charming and bright apartment in residence with pool and tennis court
- The house is located in the village, a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Villasimius, in a quiet and peaceful residence with tennis court and swimming pool (open in July and August with the presence of lifeguard).
Organized on 2 levels, on the upper floor sleeping area with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower; on the ground floor the living area with living room, kitchenette and 1 bathroom with shower.
outdoor terrace with panoramic views, organized to allow you to have lunch / dinner outside thanks to the barbecue and a table with chairs and lounge chairs.
The house has air conditioning in the sleeping area and is equipped with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer.
At 500 meters there is a supermarket stocked and also you can take advantage of a shuttle that takes you directly to the beach of Simius.
