The Lorcano is close to the Spanish steps and great shopping. The most exceptional feature was the service. The staff was warm and attentive. We felt very welcome and pampered! "Room was not clean. In Partixular, the shower had an awful smell all the time. The layout of the room was not good. Very noisy. Construction outside the window all the time. Staff was very nice at the bar. Galleys were never stocked appropriately. Decor was nice. Cute sitting area in the bar. Rooftop was not open but looks to be cute when open. Overall this was just okay. Definitely need to work out kinks. "
