"We have stayed twice and both times the service has been excellent. We had a minor problem the first night with AC but it was immediately taken care of. The staff was so helpful and showed amazing willingness to accommodate or help with questions."

"This hotel is amazing! From the spacious room, balcony view, wonderful breakfast, clean, fully loaded rooms to the incredible staff! HIGHLY recommend this hotel! Family owned and the owner was so helpful and kind. My friend lost her phone and wallet in a cab and the owner spent hours tracking it down with the police and shipped it to her in the USA. The annex rooms are wonderful. Overlooking the Plazza di Spagna. They also arranged for a wonderful private driver to pick us up from the airport at the same price as a taxi. BEST place in Rome. Central. At the Spanish steps. Tell them California sent you! You will LOVE it! Ciao! <3"

"I truly loved this hotel! It was my first time in Rome, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay really enjoyable. They were so helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions, making everything so convenient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."
