"We found this hotel to be wonderful for our stay in Rome. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They arranged transportation for us from the airport to the hotel. They also allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel the day we checked out until 9:30pm when we needed to head to the train station. Everyone we encounter spoke excellent English, and they were easy to communicate with. The air conditioning worked great in our room, and we didn’t have any issues with anything in the room. There is a hairdryer provided which was nice since we came from the U.S. and have different plug-ins. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted and visited all of the Rome highlights. We felt safe staying at The Hive Hotel. We would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again ourselves."

"Our rooms were only two blocks from the Spanish steps. Online check-in was very easy. The directions for access were great. The rooms were air-conditioned, which made a huge difference to us during the middle of Rome August heat."
