"This place was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was AMAZING and entertaining. The buffet food wasn't bad but wasn't great. The reserved meals we had were the best meals of the week. We were a little disappointed we didn't know to reserve dinners the first night, so most of us had to eat the buffet every day. Next time, I will try to reserve BEFORE I get there. Also, we reserved the catamaran, and the guy running it gave our reservation to someone else and wasn't friendly. Other than that, it was the best birthday EVER!!! The drinks were excellent, and the activities were fun. The entertainment staff really made it an experience to remember. Our rooms were always cleaned and stocked. I will say the electricity went out a few times but always came back within 5-15 mins. Remember, this is still in the Dominican Republic. This never bothered us or got in the way of our good time. It WAS a heavy storm when it happened."
"The facilities are modern and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you might need. Great care has been taken to provide a comfortable and functional environment. I was genuinely impressed by how accurate the listing was compared to the actual space.

Rafael in the Seagrill restaurant was also super quick in serving us and very nice. Merihan from concierge was constantly checking on us and very helpful as well."
