Great location, staff were very nice, there was a strong smell of smoke and food in the room which may have been to do with vents. Felt safe when inside hotel as needed keycard to use lift etc

"When we got there they tried to put us in a small room outside hotel which was not very nice,Nuria on reception sorted out other room in hotel for us with no fuss ,very friendly girl.dinner service was not great, to many people left into restaurant at one time.theme park was just all queues for everything ..."
