"Nous sommes arrivés peu avant que l'orage éclate : barrière de la langue (même Google traduction ne suffisait pas), humidité au maximum dans la chambre, toutes nos affaires étaient humides et il y avait des limaces dans la salle de bain et même dans la chambre le matin. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais très cher. La vue devait être belle mais la brume nous empêchait de voir les paysages "

"First of all let me compliment the Staff. The owners were great, nothing was too much bother. They answered every need and such lovely people. The room was clean, serviced and made up every day. The breakfast and other meals you could order were excellent. The views and scenery are stunning. Great location for Trekking. The town is only 15 minutes away in a taxi. Use grab taxis as they are cheaper. You can book tours and trek leaders from the local community. Sapa City is lovely. The hotel...

"The view was amazing, the staff was so kind and friendly and went above and beyond to be accommodating. The breakfast that was included was also delicious and we had dinner at the home stay one night which was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone "

"The place is pretty basic but has a rustic feel about it. Bring your own honey or jam for the morning as they down’s supply it. Also you have to pay for coffee even when breakfast is included. At my level of room the washrooms were quite a distance from the room and needed an upgrade. However, if you like the rustic, village type, and want to make your own breakfast then this is the place. "We lived our stay here (3 nights). Loan, Ben and the rest of the staff were amazing. We particularly enjoyed the motorbike tour but really enjoyed everything. The lodge is in a great area in the countryside and was very peaceful. A plus stay - we will be back. "

"Pu Luong was a great place to visit. Our room had a great deck over looking mountains and tiered rice paddies. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly and gave us all sort of great ideas for us take off on self guided adventures. We were stoked to rent the scooters ant the hotel - and explore the valleys. "Excellent location with a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere in a beautiful heritage building. I also highly recommend dining at the Paradise Coffee Lounge restaurant which offers first-class service. The staff were extremely professional, attentive and helpful throughout my visit. I will definitely be returning again."
"All staff were friendly, smiling, and went out of their way to say hello, good morning, and enjoy your stay. Their exemplary customer service and attention to details is evident of the hotel management leadership and staff training. Welcome messages came to us months before arrival. Upon arrival, we were guided to sit at the lounge while they started paperwork for us. Welcome drinks, cold wet face towels, and orchid lei to wear and they took our photos. The front desk lady came and sat down with us to explain the hotel amenities and regulations, and completed the check-in process seated drinking a welcome drink. The very large Oceanfront room was very clean and spacious. They also did provide two bottled waters complimentary per day, and we received free laundry of five items per day (a promotion I believe). The amenities were perfect with a lovely rooftop pool & bar that overlooks the ocean and beach front across the street. There were beautiful view of the city and the Lady Pagoda on the mountain. The breakfast buffet food selection and made to order eggs and noodle soups were absolutely amazing and delicious at the restaurant. A wonderful couples getaway! There may be a newer beachfront hotel nearby and we stayed there as well, but this hotel’s exemplary customer service, high quality and food selection, amenities, are top notch and what makes it truly a 5-star hotel experience. Our 6-night stay was so fabulous that we booked our 21-night stay at the hotel again for 2027!"
"i travel often, i can honestly say this hotel is very elite in terms of delivering customer service in a luxurious environment. they call me by my name, know my coffee order, etc. tremendous customer service attention. one of the best hotels in all of Asia!"
"The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The beach is stunning, peaceful, and a perfect escape from the busy city atmosphere. Although the location is a little far from Da Nang city centre, the quiet surroundings and beachfront setting make up for it.
The buffet breakfast is sensational, and honestly the food across all the restaurants was incredible. The dining experience was probably the highlight of our stay and one of the main reasons I’d consider returning.
The rooms are also beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. However, the service unfortunately did not match what I would expect from a luxury resort. Pool service was extremely slow, often requiring us to ask multiple times for simple things.
Housekeeping was also disappointing on several occasions. After spending the day by the pool, I would return to my room around 4pm expecting it to be refreshed, only to find no fresh towels, no bottled water, and room service dishes from the previous night still sitting on the table. For a luxury hotel, that level of service feels below standard.
Overall, the resort has amazing facilities, fantastic food, and a beautiful beach, but the inconsistent service lets it down. Would I stay at the Hyatt again? I’m honestly not sure — the food would probably be the main reason I’d return."
