"This is a hotel I like from the friendly reception. Clean, quiet, and the buffet breakfast isn't fancy, but good. An indoor pool where you can swim even in cold weather. The water is also slightly warm. It is within 15 minutes walking distance from anywhere in the city. One thing I was disappointed with was the weather during my stay. It would have been better if it had been a sunny day."

"Upon arrival, staff were quick to greet us and help with luggage. Clean lobby and delicious cinnamon tea were also nice to have while checking in. Coming from Hanoi, we had not seen the sun in several days so it was a delight to come up to our room on the 6th floor and have a nice warm sun with a great view of the mountains and tow blaring in through the big windows. All the details in the room were on point - coffee maker pre-filled to the maximum - which i needed - and the owner made me a cup to show how it worked, big comfy bed with chargers and lamps on each side. The owner invited us to join his family and friends for x-mas dinner in the breakfast area. We enjoyed a traditional hot pot with more than enough prime cuts of fish and meat for everyone! Perfect location on a quiet street just a few minutes walking distance to everything. Owner and staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond all expectations, they even started breakfast early for us on our last day to make sure we were fed. Breakfast was delicious; beef pho, omelet, and the pineapple pancake were our particular favorites and a very nice way to start the day. Thank you David and your team, hope to see you again soon!"
