"Perfect Blend of Comfort, Style, and Service From the moment I walked into Grand Hotel du LAC Boutique Saigon, I knew I made the right choice. The hotel is beautifully designed and exceptionally clean, offering a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. Its location is perfect—Ben Thanh Market is right across the street, and most major attractions are either a short walk or cab ride away. The staff was one of the highlights of my stay. Every member of the team was professional, kind, and eager to help. Kati Ng, in particular, stood out for her warm personality and dedication to making sure my stay was excellent. Since I worked early mornings in the lobby, I really appreciated the thoughtful service from the lobby staff who would regularly offer water and coffee, making sure I was comfortable without even needing to ask. I didn’t get to try lunch or dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was top-notch. There was a great mix of international staples and traditional Vietnamese dishes. The staff was quick to offer refills—especially when it came to my americanos, which were always spot on. If you’re visiting Saigon and want a place that combines boutique charm with exceptional service, look no further."

"We arrived early to a very busy hotel. Our room was not ready. A couple of hours later, the lobby was full of people waiting. About an hour after check-in time, the lobby was empty and we got our room. Staff were apologetic. That was the only hiccup. Everything else was excellent. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. The rooftop restaurant was good and the view fabulous. The breakfast buffet was excellent. All staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel is located a little way from the centre of beachside activity, but a quieter area was a good choice and taxis to go elsewhere were easy to use. We enjoyed the beach, just across the road. We were especially grateful to Katy at reception. She was the one who tried her best to get us checked in and was, for the rest of our stay, attentive and helpful. We appreciated that. A great place to stay in Da Nang."
