Good property

We booked this hotel last minute as the hotel we initially booked did not meet our expectations, and it was the best decision to choose this hotel. The hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived, down to our departure. The staff were helpful and friendly - we enjoyed casual chats and recommendations for sightseeing. Luxury Boutique hotel in Old Quarter, good location. Breakfast is quite delicious. Room and bathroom was spacious for my family. Location near the popular Cathedral & plenty of eateries nearby. They provide Hanoi tour, which I appreciate so much. I registered for City Tour, Ninh Binh & Ha Long Bay Tour. Their staffs were very caring, helpful, informative and they speak english well. Great location in heart of the Old Town. Beds and linen are top quality. Mattress is firm but they offer a soft topper on check in which made for a very comfortable sleep. Restaurant food is fabulous and great value for money. Staff are very friendly and work hard to please you. My only negative is that, at times, it was a bit over bearing. Ms Lily and Mr Liam deserve a special mention.

We had a delightful stay here. The staff welcomed us with a delicious cinnamon ginger tea (which we liked so much that they gave us the recipe for it!) and was so friendly every time we came through the lobby. The breakfast buffet is great, the rooftop bar has a great view, and I had a wonderful massage at the spa. We also received good recommendations for food in the area (not tourist traps!). I would happily stay at this hotel again!

Wow! We had the most amazing stay at Rêu. It felt like a peaceful oasis away from the bustle of Hoi An Old Town. Nestled amongst the rice fields, with gorgeous interiors and a stunning pool, it ticked every box for a calm, relaxing holiday. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with enough variation each day that it never felt repetitive. We also visited the spa twice for different treatments and were amazed by the quality and value. Our room was beautifully designed, and the bathroom deserves...

We had a fantastic stay onboard Genesis regal cruise. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too.much trouble. The food was delicious and plentiful. The activities were well run and always on time. You could choose to do everything on offer, or skip those you were not so interested in. Whenever you returned back to the ship from an activity, staff were there to welcome you back on board and hand you a refreshing drink. I really cannot fault it in any way and would love to return...

Great location - so much within short walking distance. In the Old Town so space at a premium meaning room without a window which was a bit claustrophobic. Very comfortable bed and bed linen. Great shower. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Very good location, most attractions are within walking distance. The staff were lovely and very helpful. There are also good restaurants nearby.
