"The breakfast was lovely, the staff were always helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and well stocked. The location was central to museums, and St. Stephens; the opera is a short walk, and the Ubahn Station is very close as well."

"Everything was great, safe, clean, excellent location. The complimentary bottle of water was very thoughtful especially with the on going heat wave but we would’ve greatly preferred still over mineral. We’d definitely stay there again."

"Great location. About a 30 minute walk to a lot of the main attractions which would not normally be a problem but my goodness it was HOT when we were there. 100F. Thankfully the fabulous rooftop bar overlooking the city at night had air con! Staff were super helpful. I recommend the Restaurant across the bridge with the huge patio."

"Vienna was extremely hot during our stay. Our room was our only refuge. The breakfast was excellent and the staff could not have been more caring. Finnair lost our luggage but the hotel staff could not have been kinder. They went beyond the call of duty. Finnair was a disaster. Never again."
