We booked through Hotels.com a couple of months in advance, and from our first enquiry until our return to South Africa, Samuel Sakuhuka, the Guest Relations Manager, provided outstanding service. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and our wedding anniversary, and Samuel went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly special.
Our room was spacious, modern, spotless, and offered spectacular views of the pool area and the Zambezi River. The room was well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, and complimentary bottled water was replenished daily. The resort's location is perfect, close to Victoria Falls and a shopping centre, while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the gym, putt-putt course, and beautiful pool area overlooking the river. Our three-year-old absolutely loved the Kids Club and looked forward to visiting every day. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the service throughout the resort was consistently warm and attentive.
What made our stay unforgettable were the thoughtful touches arranged by the team. They surprised my husband with a birthday cake and wine, and for our anniversary they created the most beautiful and romantic setup, exceeding all our expectations. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly valued as guests.
