There is a collective tip box but it doesn't include tipping the drivers and front office staff. In future I would let everyone know I will tip them on the last day and avoid the stress of having tip money with me all the time. You get two bottles of water on arrival but none after that. There is a small shop in the hotel. Shower worked well. However a non slip mat would be a good idea as its very slippery.
