Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
It was small and intimate. The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating in all aspects.
It is family run and they work on site. The owner takes time to chat at breakfast and has an amazing story.
The staff was amazing and everyone went out their way to make your stay enjoyable. The people at the front desk made all of our dinner and excursion reservations, dinner reservations and called cabs for us. The lodge is located in a quiet neighborhood and surround by a high security fence.
We had a fabulous experience at this boutique lodge. The accommodations were excellent and the entire facility was stylish and comfortable.
The service was also impeccable. We met the family owners who were delightful. It was obvious how much love and effort they have put into creating such a wonderful place.
We plan on coming back some day.

Beautiful and the people who worked there were wonderful. Our guide Zendella was amazing!
Amazing place staff are wonderful. Traditional Zimbabwean thatched cottage accommodation. We were in the honeymoon suite although not our honeymoon. Lovely big bed fantastic bathroom and outdoor seating. Phil Mornette and their team are great hosts. They organised all of our excursions and everything was fantastic they have done them all themselves. We did a falls work helicopter ride over the falls (unreal) an elephant sanctuary visit which involves walking with them through the bush and feeding them. We have done safari but this is something different so do it definitely. Ross Phil’s son also recommended watching vulture feeding which takes place at the Victoria falls lodge hotel which was incredible. The Boma night is also a must.
Unforgettable Stay at Pamarah Lodge – The Best Spot in Victoria Falls!I
Can't recommend Pamarah Lodge enough – it's hands down the greatest place to stay when visiting Victoria Falls! From the moment we arrived, the location blew us away. Easy access to all the wonders of the Falls. The lodge itself is absolutely beautiful, blending luxury with that perfect bush charm. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate every single one of our needs, making our trip seamless and stress-free. A huge shoutout to the owner, Phil, who personally went the extra mile when my travel companion suddenly needed medical attention – his quick thinking and support turned a potential crisis into just a minor hiccup. We felt genuinely cared for. My brother and niece had raved about their stays here last year, and I couldn't be happier with their recommendation. If you're heading to Victoria Falls, there's no better place to base yourself – pure magic!
Phil, the owner was incredibly gracious and welcoming and provided great information about the area and the history. The Concierge team was great - very knowledgeable about everything that we asked. Breakfas was great. While not next to the falls, it is in a very quiet area and quite easy and cheap to get to/from by taxi. Great value for the cost.
This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff are all incredible -- welcoming, informative, able to help you maximize your trip to Victoria Falls. The environment was quiet and clean and soothing.
We were here for two nights. The room was very nice clean tidy and beautiful breakfast was great. The beds comfortable the staff lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend!
I would highly recommend this beautiful lodge and stay here again in a heartbeat. The property is clean, will make sure to introduce himself.
Breakfast was great and dinner a set menu never disappointed.
Hotel is lovely. Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The owners are there every day and chat to all the guests a very personal touch. Highly recommended
We stayed here last week when visiting Victoria Falls and can’t recommend it enough!
It’s an absolutely beautiful place and every single member of staff was so kind and friendly. The food was superb and so were the drinks.
It was extremely quiet, very clean and all around just a beautiful place that’s only a short walk from the main town.
Facilities and staff were amazing. Very professional…. Had we have known prior we would have stayed a few extra days to really relax!
Thanks so much. We’ll see you again on our next visit.
The staff was very responsive from the moment I booked, to the excursions and information to the time we left. We met the owners during our stay and they were very interested in how our stay was (seeking true feedback).
