Large balcony with outdoor setting, alfresco umbrella and BBQ. Modern throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and plumbed water filter. Dining and living area with Flat Screen TV with Chromecast, Blue-ray DVD player, bluetooth speaker, wireless phone charger and reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fans in kitchen and living areas. One King bedroom upstairs with iPod dock, wireless phone charger and ceiling fan. Bathroon upstairs with shower, toilet and vanity Downstairs features main bedroom with sea views, Queen bed, flat screen TV, ipod dock and ceiling fan. Double access bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and a separate toilet. Third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
