Step inside the front door to fresh coastal décor in open plan living, with dining, and kitchen overlooking the enclosed backyard to keep an eye on the kids playing. A comfy and generous open plan living area (incl. chaise lounge that comfortably seats 5- 6 adults) is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach, by the river, or enjoying many of the local surrounds. A large (65in) smart TV is provided, and connected to the NBN, with Wi-Fi available to all guests throughout. Split system air-conditioning provides further, year-round comfort to this area. The kitchen area provides all you’ll need for your stay – full-sized fridge, oven, electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine (with pods) for those early morning starts. A large walk-in pantry is the perfect place to store collected goodies and treasures from the many local Goolwa stores and markets. Dining options are plentiful. Choose from the indoor dining table (extendable to 8), or head outside to the new outdoor dining setting with accompanying BBQ area. Alternatively, relax using the new patio furniture out among the shaded deck area as you catch up on a good book or share a game of cards with friends or family; all while surrounded by the gentle lull of the ocean and warble of magpies. The fresh and bright décor is carried through to all recently refurbished bedrooms with views over the front deck and garden, and ceiling fans for additional cooling. Bedroom 1 can accommodate all family configurations. It is large enough for all the children to share; parents can room in with younger children; or 2 couples can share the space. The front door was and is permanently locked. Access isn’t easy with a suitcase due to a gravel path!Eventually was able to access the house from the back entrance. Steep steps made lifting cases difficult. No instructions supplied by agent. Once inside the house decor was attractive & functional. No instructions from the agent about anything practical save wifi. They did send a handyman to explain the tv and microwave which was essential. It is an attractively furnished house and functional. Just don’t bring any fitted sheets. The beds don’t allow access to tuck sheets on but easier if not fitted! ##### Felicity G.
