Conveniently designed, the ground level boasts three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with two single beds (an extra fold-out bed is also provided). This level includes an open plan living and dining area and provides access to an outdoor pool (heated ) perfect for hot days, an undercover dining and entertainment area, a barbecue and a garage/games room boasting a ping pong table and a darts board. Upstairs, the main open plan living and dining will impress your senses. The only thing that let it down a little was lack of supplies, ie dishwasher tablets and very little toilet paper (only what was on the half-used rolls), however we felt that we may have been one of the first bookings and this will no doubt build up over time. There is a bit of a view of the Bluff from the balcony, which was nice. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and all rooms have plenty of wardrobe space. The ducted heating/cooling is fantastic for all weather conditions. It was a little too far out of town for us to walk everywhere, but we didn't mind driving in and using the paid parking lot when we were doing a few activities in town.
