It features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends. The kitchen includes a Senseo coffee machine, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle, a toaster, an oven, and a microwave, providing everything you need for an independent stay. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, is equipped with a washbasin, a shower, and a hair dryer. The toilet is separate, offering added convenience. The sleeping area includes two comfortable bedrooms, each fitted with a 140 × 190 cm double bed, as well as a welcoming mezzanine with a BZ sofa bed of the same size, providing additional sleeping space. All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned. For families with young children, a baby kit is available, including a high chair, a travel cot, and a mattress, all provided directly in the property. Outside, you will enjoy a large private south-facing terrace, furnished with a retractable awning, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and an electric plancha, perfect for making the most of the Mediterranean climate. The villa enjoys an ideal location: it is just 500 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the main shopping street. Here, everything can be done on foot, for easy and stress-free holidays. A private parking space is reserved for the property in the residence’s parking area. Additional spaces are available in the visitor parking area of the residence. 👉 For your arrival, the RIBOLEYS team provides a welcome kit, including dish towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and bath mats, allowing you to settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. 👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly at the property to hand over the keys and will remain available throughout your stay. \## Access The flat has a parking space in the gated "Romarines 1" residence. \## Interaction Vias offers its visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and unspoilt natural areas to discover through pleasant discovery tours, ideal for holidays in Occitanie. This typical Occitan village nestling in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family holiday. The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline. Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops. \## Neighborhood The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is completely enclosed. The residence is quiet and family-oriented. \## Transit By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias. By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. This airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre. By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. \## Notes During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday. A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival. Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels. You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay. Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional. However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 84 € TTC. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August. If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys. Youth groups are not accepted.
