The rooms never heated up, we tried to get help with no luck. Was very clean either. Nobody there to check in and no one there to check us out. This location isn't certified to collect city taxes either, we checked as we tried to pay. Plenty of other places just as nice"

"What an incredible property this was absolutely ideal for the three of us a full kitchen, which is rare in a rental really helped wonderful little market down the street. It’s all you can ask for smack dab in the center of town. Just do not bring a large suitcase, the stairs Were extremely steep and plentiful."

"This is a lovely little room, but it was missing a few things. It could use a small shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap, and a place to hang towels to dry. The bed only had two pillows, making it an uncomfortable place to watch tv. Some hooks or a coat rack would be nice, and there is no luggage rack. "David and Roberta are fabulous hosts. They provided information for our visits and would spend as much time as you want to ensure you have all the information you need. The breakfast was outstanding, the coffee was excellent and the service was perfect. The room was a generous size and the beds were very comfortable. "A lovely place and Rebecca was very friendly and helpful. She kept in contact without being intrusive and obviously cares that her guests have a pleasant stay. 100/10 for the sunset views - it is a true westerly view from the balcony. Be aware that the town elevator close to the property is currently out of order so there was quite a climb to the property. I don't say that to be negative, I stand by the 5 stars overall, just be aware because one reason to book this property was the elevator close by. If you're a light sleeper I also recommend ear plugs as the noise from the railway does carry and the announcements continue throughout the night."
