"Un séjour parfait ! Service exceptionnel et vue magnifique. Tout était absolument parfait durant notre séjour. L'hébergement était d'une propreté impeccable et le service a été vraiment exceptionnel. Le propriétaire nous attendait chaleureusement à notre arrivée. Il a même pris le temps de faire nos réservations de restaurant pour nous. Grâce à lui, nous avons eu des tables très bien situées avec une vue magnifique. De plus, la vue depuis notre balcon était magnifique et l'air climatisé était hautement efficace, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable. Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés!"

"maurizio was incredibly responsive and helpful; explicit directions for how to get to the apartment from the train station and the tourist card (very useful in cinque terre) were sent very early on. an undoubtedly beautiful place; nicely styled, multiple balconies, full stocked kitchen, and the laundry was extremely useful. views up the hillside from the balcony are not soon forgotten. would recommend!"

"Great stay! There is no front desk or person working onsite, however you will message the operator via WhatsApp, and the communication was prompt and always with clear instructions, in English. Keys for the building and your room will be found in a lockbox on the outside of the building, and that was all pretty easy. They will even send you a timelapse video of how to get to the front door from the Riomaggiore train station, but it's super easy, literally straight up the hill a half a block. There are at least 3 restaurants right there at the base of the hill, where you can buy beverages, coffee, get hot food, etc! The location is great, overall. To get to the main street and waterfront in Riomaggiore, you'll walk through a tunnel. The Via Delle Amore trail is also right there! The room itself was as nice as the photos. Essentially new finishes, and very important: the AC worked well!! 🙏 Bed was comfortable, furniture is nice, there's a Nespresso machine in the room, too, which like the good AC was greatly appreciated!🙏 There is a fridge in the room, and a microwave available in the hallway should you need it. Room had a great view of the Mediterranean, curtains, and even a motorized shutter outside that you can lower. I was able to text the operator for needed daily items, like fresh towels, more nespresso pods and toilet paper around 11:30am when the cleaning lady is there in the building. It was a very comfortable and easy stay! 🛌"

"Wonderful wonderful wonderful!! Great location! Beautiful view and the room was clean, well stocked and beds comfy! The temp outside was over 30 and the air conditioning worked great. Paole left us a bottle of wine, coffee and snacks. He gave clear directions and passes to the elevator and path for the length of our stay."
