"Very Nice hotel just steps away from the Köln Cathedral and about a 10 min walk to the “Love lock bridge”. Lots of upscale shopping nearby if you’re into that. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did order room service twice; the 2nd order never came but they did refund the cost. Parking was onsite with easy access to the hotel via lift."

Check in was a little slow due to volume of people but we expected that due to the time. I believe you can check in in advance but we weren't aware before hand. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would recommend & would stay again"
