I don’t think this hotel is 4 star. My room was outdated - no working air con, a shower which didn’t close properly and minimal sound proofing. It was also very noisy at night. The breakfast was great and they did allow me late checkout (at a cost)

The breakfast was sumptuous. The property was elegant and in a perfect location if arriving by train. Also, a nice 15-20 minute walk to the Roman arena and Castelvecchio and bridge. Nice hotel in a good location. The staff were helpful and stored our bags as we arrived early. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. The breakfast buffet was very big and there was a great choice of tasty food.
