There was lots of space, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and pantry, enjoyable screened in porches both upstairs and downstairs, a 10 minute walk to the beach, and most importantly to my children: the pool was a 15 second walk (if that) out the front door! Highly recommend the house and would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that."

"This was a great spot to stay. The house is very spacious with great furnishings. Lots of space and beautiful views from the balcony. We liked the access to restaurants, the beach and shopping. The shuttle was helpful and friendly. The pools were very nice too. I would return!"

Everything was a bike or golf cart ride away, including restaurants, the grocery store, the beach, etc. Wonderful trip to Seaside!"

"We stayed at this property for Easter vacation. House is brand new, a lot more of space and everything that you need to make your stay great. We used bikes to ride along 30A highway to explore. From the neighborhood where house is located, you go straight to the beach. You need to cross the street, but it is very close. There is a parking next to the beach and restrooms as well. "We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay."
