"Locating the unit was very difficult as it appears that the information on Hotel.com has not been updated in several years. The address reads as Via Carattino,5 and states the front desk is open 2-5PM and that staff will greet guests on arrival. #5 Via Carattino is actually a business that has been closed for 2 years and no one greeted us.
