Hotel was close to Ferry and train station. The air conditioner worked and the breakfast was excellent. It was sufficient for our day trip to Cinque Terre but other than that the hotel is more of a 2 star more like a motel. The lobby is nice but the rooms and bathroom need attention. Also the rooms have very small windows kind of dungeon like now mind you we were located on a floor that was similar to a basement. Very outdated room and the water in the shower leaked all over the floor no matter what we did to prevent it from happening. Basically the company needs to update their bathrooms.
