It's quaint location in Volastra, high above Manarola, was both serene, and picturesque. Views from the grounds and our room were breathtaking. The 7 minute shuttle ride to and from Manarola was cheap, and efficient. The breakfast was perfect, with a delightful array of high quality fruits, pastries, ...
The staff was very nice and happily stored our bags and even took them to our room for us while we were out. The room was lovely with a large deck and views of the ocean. Just an FYI there is no elevator and we counted 97 steps from the street to our room.
They had beach towels and showers for after a beach day even though we had checked out. Staff friendly and courteous. Great lobby, bar and outside area.
Great experience at this place. It was we maintained, clean and in good location. That said, we wish the quality of bed could improve. Pillows were too thick and hard and the mattress was in two pieces making sleeping in the middle of the bed difficult.
We loved the entire feel of the hotel. It is on a cliff just outside of town. Complimentary taxi from the train station. Great pool, pizza, large sun balcony with our room. It is on the hiking trail. Complimentary beach area if you walk down to town. The restaurant overlooking town. Rooms are small ...
Loved my balcony room! Not much around as hotel sits alone on cliff ! My rental gps did not and locals were not very specific in directions.
Beautiful hotel Amazing views A tranquil hotel to stay out of the busy down in the village
