The location of the hotel is perfect, its near downtown Veracruz and has many bars and restaurants surrounding it. Its also near to various beaches and attractions. Its clean but could improve the facilities in the bedrooms.

I found my night wonderful, whether I wanted to enjoy the rain and ocean waves sound or close the balcony door and have quietness. Those sliding doors were perfect. To be able to have both made my stay super enjoyable.

The location is good. It is possible to walk to malls and restaurants . However, the room wasn't that clean. There were hairs on the sheets , towels, and floors. We had a ocean view room, but the windows were locked, felt more like a prison that a Hilton hotel. There was mold in the bathroom and room ceiling. The staff in reception were attentive but when asked for a tax invoice they denied to provide it. The place is not worth for the price.

It is a little run down, the water from the shower came out and made a mess in the bathroom, the Bar needs more different alcohol, but it is all good

I was really disappointed every thing in the hotel is old and warned out, the beds, the towels, the pillows the sheets. The shower was not working right. And the attitude at the reception was not very helpful as well. Over all is too high for what you get.
