The location of the hotel is perfect, its near downtown Veracruz and has many bars and restaurants surrounding it. Its also near to various beaches and attractions. Its clean but could improve the facilities in the bedrooms.

I found my night wonderful, whether I wanted to enjoy the rain and ocean waves sound or close the balcony door and have quietness. Those sliding doors were perfect. To be able to have both made my stay super enjoyable.

The location is good. It is possible to walk to malls and restaurants . However, the room wasn't that clean. There were hairs on the sheets , towels, and floors. We had a ocean view room, but the windows were locked, felt more like a prison that a Hilton hotel. There was mold in the bathroom and room ceiling. The staff in reception were attentive but when asked for a tax invoice they denied to provide it. The place is not worth for the price.

I reported that I had left clothing inside one of the dresser drawers a few hours after checking out. The explanation I received, after sending several text messages, was that the person responsible for checking the room would not be available until the following day at 12:00 p.m. Yesterday (Saturday), I continued sending messages, but I was told they were very busy and still had not been able to inspect the room (Junior Suite 217). In the end, they informed me that none of my belongings were found in the drawer. This was a very disappointing experience because I know I left my items in that drawer.

I was really disappointed every thing in the hotel is old and warned out, the beds, the towels, the pillows the sheets. The shower was not working right. And the attitude at the reception was not very helpful as well. Over all is too high for what you get.

Nuestra llegada estuvo a tiempo. Al hacer el Chekin nos dijeron que aún no estaba lista la habitación que lamentaban mucho esa situación y nos pidieron esperar en el bar con unas bebidas de cortesía, que ellos personalmente irían por nosotros , eran las 6 pm y seguían sin atendernos o darnos informes sobre la situación. Al cuestionar nos dijeron que lamentaban mucho pero tenían exceso de huéspedes y eso demoraba la atención que nos en 30 min más . Nadie nos avisó de nada, nosotros fuimos la habitación estuvo lista casi hasta las 7 pm , en la alberca ya no había gente que nos diera toallas , la habitación faltaban toallas . No servían el control de la TV ni las luces de la habitación solo las del buró al lado de la cama . Al otro día salimos desde las 10 . Regresamos a las 6:00 y la habitación no la habían hecho . Solo por atención nos tendieron las camas , no nos sacaron basura ni limpiaron baño , tuvimos que pedir toallas
