When I complained they stated they couldn’t change me until the next day, someone was already in the room I paid for. The following day I still didn’t get what I paid for- two single beds. "The A/C was not working, so the only fresh air was coming from the open windows. Windows have no mosquito nets and each morning my family was covered in mosquito bytes. In addition, the noise from outside made it impossible to have good night sleep: working pump and construction at 4 am near the hotel, among other loud noises. If the air was flowing in the room, even without A/C, it would still help because the air outside was around 65-70 degrees but there was no flow of air at all. I told about the problem at the front desk but the answer was: there is no A/C until summer. "
