Go in with an open mind, you're in Venice after all. The hotel is very old but that added to the vibe. There was a pretty bug tear in our bedding that was visible befire even getting into bed, but meh, didnt hurt our stay or sleep. The balcony facing the canal was perfect. The location is perfect. A 20ish minute walk from the main area but there is so much to see and explore along the way. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The staff was so friendly. We did not have breakfast there because we had an early morning tour. They held our luggage. Normally it has to be at 8 but we had to leave at 7;30. They were kind enough to help us out.

Staff were excellent, I left money in the safe and they arranged for it to be returned to me. Location perfect. Stayed in a junior suite with balcony, will book the same hotel and room when we return to Venice. Breakfast was very good also. Nothing negative to say.

If you're arriving by train, 10 min walk on level ground to the hotel. Nice big bed room, with beautiful hot water for your shower. Close to town, but not too close. My wife and i loved it. Staff were great, and if you check out but leave later in the day. They hold your bags for you. Good easy stay

Great hotel for a holiday in Venice

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the canal. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The room was very comfortable. This area of Venice is less touristy but still has a nice atmosphere and plenty of bars and restaurants.
