Our stay was wonderful! The property is immaculately clean and the shower was fantastic. We absolutely recommend staying at this property! It was in the heart of Venice, right along the canal. Breakfast in the morning was very good. We also received a complimentary bottle of wine.

Perfect Vacation Stay

Hotel was beautiful and the staff were great. The room we got was very clean. The hotel was really close to the gondola ride and amazing restaurants nearby.

These rooms were perfect for our stay in Venice. Clean, spacious, and a great location in San Marco… a short walk to the sites but off the beaten path as well. And a special shout out to Andrew who was very accommodating to our late check-in and unexpected changes in plans. 10/10 would recommend!

The walk to find the location was interesting but once we explored around, this is a great location! Convenient to St. Marks, Doge’s Palace, restaurants, shops, gondola stop, etc.

Amazing Stay! The staff were excellent and very friendly, the room was BEAUTIFUL we really enjoyed our stay they welcomed us with wine and the room has a wonderful view to one canal, the location is good just around Piazza San Marcos you can see the Bell tower, definitely we will come back again!

Andrea and Marie were wonderful. Marie did our laundry for us and she was very kind and helpful. Andrea cooked a lovely breakfast for us. He is wonderful and very friendly.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was lovely and one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The location is wonderful. Central to everything you want to see. The only downside for us was the 10 AM checkout time. It was just too early to be out.

Really cool inn on the canal. You will definitely get the "Venice experience" if this is what you are looking for. Perfect location, easy walking everywhere. Amenities and breakfast were just OK...but this is a budget friendly option for a great experience in Venice.

great central location. Our host Andrea is a most agreeable fellow. Rooms have lots of Venetian old charm and very well appointed with Venetian antiques. Has an B&B feel rather than a hotel. breakfast room is awakwardly located within the property.
