A former venice palace we where told with some great history. Very rustic and full of character . Canal view was beautiful room was ok . Would we stay again yes probably for an overnight stay. Location is spot on every tourist site is only a short walk which was brilliant. Shops resturants also very close by . Breakfast was continental with a coffee and juice machine

Hi! The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good, starting at 8:00 am. The room was clean and simple, with everything we needed. The air conditioning in the room was most welcomed. I recommend this hotel.

Great location, quiet and away from crowds, but walkable to everything. Outgoing, prompt and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, lots of variety. Luggage drop off for early check-in or checkout was very much appreciated. Would stay here again if ever back in Venice.

We enjoyed the location of this guest house near the Campo St, Maria Formosa with several restaurants and cafes nearby, including a bakery and a ramen restaurant. It was a 10-15 minute walk to St. Mark's and other sights. Our room overlooked a small canal and had tiny balcony. The room was of good size, and the beds were fairly comfortable but not great. The shower was very good, with ample hot water and water pressure. A highlight was the daily breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold food including fresh fruit. Coffee and other beverages were from a machine but tasted fine.

You get what you pay for. Definitely going to be a less pricey option compared to a lot around it. Great location but the property felt outdated and bare. Fine as a place to sleep. There was a steep set of stairs to our room specifically which was rough to navigate with bags and honestly just in general.

Loved my stay here. They have elevator so that’s very helpful. The breakfast was good, not a big selection but good . The water taxi is about 8 min walk so that’s good. The room is small but still nice. The views from my room wore beautiful. I recommend.

The staff were phenomenal!! I accidentally dropped my red nail polish on the bathroom tile, and it broke. I didn’t have any nail polish remover and when I informed the front desk, they had someone clean it up with paint thinner right away. So so thankful she got it all cleaned up, I felt terrible!! On top of that, they were incredibly accommodating and answered any questions we had!

Heritage building therefore not modern but everything was fine with the room except the showers are very small. Location is great if you have luggage plan your route with minimum bridges don’t trust google who may show shortest route not counting bridges the breakfast was fantastic buffet style in a huge room on the second floor. This floor is open for general use all day. Coffee and water available all days on this floor
