There are few words to describe how magical our experience was! The staff were helpful with every request and always went above and beyond to make our experience amazing! The room was beautiful and our little balcony over the canal felt like we were living in a movie! We cannot wait to come back!

The property was lovely and our suite was very spacious. The water pressure was awful and not very hot water and the shower leaked. The water was not replaced daily only one bottle on arrival. The view from the windows was fantastic and the staff were helpful.

The room was really clean. The hotel is a small boutique hotel but really beautiful and in an ideal location, 15 minutes away from the Rialto bridge. It was close to lots of nice bars and and restaurants.

Lovely location and beautiful rooms. Breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The only negative was a smell that emanated from our shower drain that permeated the bathroom. We managed to contain it to the bathroom but it was not pleasant at all!
