Our stay was wonderful from check in to check out. Staff was friendly and the accommodations great for our family of five. Great location for the price and a large space with three beds (one of these a sofa bed) and two bathrooms. Would definitely stay again if ever back in Venice.

The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 full baths big enough for a family of 5. It was very clean. The area is quiet. We have all the amenities we needed. It is close to the restaurants and main attractions. Matteo made the check in and out easy. He is very nice and accomodating. We will definitely book this place again if we visit Venice.

You won’t get a view of the canal, but you will get a great place for a great price!! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are hard to come by for a great value. Fantastic for families!!

Matteo was a wonderful host at check in and spent time talking through many of the sites and restaurants to check out in the area - extremely helpful! The unit itself was beautiful, clean and spacious - would highly recommend!

Great stay. The host Matteo was amazing. He made everything so easy and convenient! He also shared tips and recommendations on what to do and where to go in Venice. The facility is very nice and clean. Location is perfect.

Beautiful room with a loft upstairs. Walking distance to San Marco Square. Plenty of restos close by. Easy and close water ferries close by. Would definitely stay here again. Mateo greeted us on site and gave us a warm welcome and tips! Really appreciated that!

Ca’ Mariele was a wonderful apartment complex. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a bedroom loft. There are no elevators so be sure to confirm room location when booking if not able to do stairs. Air conditioning worked wonderful. The location was perfect just a short walk to the Alilaguna water shuttle from the airport to the apartment. Everything we wanted to do was within a short walk. Communication was spot on with the host. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, close to everything. Was very easy to come from and go to the airport also with a single Alilaguna line. Two bedroom apartment was very specious and recently renewed rooms were spotless. Management is very helpful and responsive. Overall i highly suggest the apartments. Better experience then a small hotel room for sure.

A really excellent pick for Venice, which is such an expensive city to stay in. Your room is a 2-level loft with a kitchenette, a sizeable washroom, and plenty of space. If you have a larger group, or don't care so much about amenities, this is very solid for its price. Yes, this is technically a service apartment and not a hotel, so adjust your expectations for amenities. There is no elevator, so prepare to lug your bags up a few flights of stairs. The shower was interesting because the shower head doesn't have an attachment on the wall so you have to take handheld showers. Little packets of 2-in-1 body wash/ shampoo are provided but nothing else. The room, like I mentioned, is very sizeable. The bed and bedding were both extremely comfortable and I slept very well. Two smaller issues, we did see what looked like mold stains in a cabinet (inactive, not moist) and there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room. This could be a Venice problem though, not a hotel problem, since we're surrounded by water. We were greeted by Mateo, who is a wonderful host. He was very friendly and communicates with us very promptly through Expedia (where I booked this). Overall, I enjoyed our stay here! The location is hard to beat and about a 3 min walk to the San Angelo port, which is where your water bus would stop if you're taking that from the train station.

Very friendly receptionist who was very helpful to us. Stayed as a family of 5 in a spacious apartment with nice showers and comfortable beds. Very good location too in San Marco. Excellent price too. Would highly recommend.

The check in was very smooth with Matteo and he was super helpful. Gave us a good idea of what's around and what to see which was great. The biggest critiques I have are: 1. The room we booked wasn't the one we got in the pictures. We stayed in room 1 which was right by the front door and when people came in and out it was loud. We didn't get the two floor loft as the pictures showed. 2. Floors were dirty when we got in and could feel it under our feet and there were pee stains on the wall which they cleaned because we had a UV light. They remedied it quickly once we notified them. 3. Mosquitos and ants were seen in the room. 4. They had a kitchenette but no paper towels to clean other than using bathroom towels or toilet paper. 5. Paint was peeling from the walls in the bathroom but it's Venice so moisture can be a problem. The hotel is situated in a very good location near some restaurants and a supermarket 10 mins away that is walkable which was nice. Don't expect a luxurious stay but it gets the job done. Very touristy area but far enough away you don't hear.

We had a great stay at Ca' Mariele with our toddler. The hotel is located just outside a large square with lots of dining options and about a 20min walk from St Marks Square. The room was very nice and clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful!
