The hotel is very close to the train station, it takes about 15 minute walk once you get off the train, there's no need to roll your luggage across bridges, over water and narrow alleyways. The room was clean, bed is comfortable, well lit and the water pressure is very good for showering. Breakfast is included and the options are great! Oh and 1 more, they have a veranda on the grand canal. The views are very geat!

Very nicely located between canal and mainland. Room was nicely updated and clean. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Overall a great experience. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.

It’s hard to get to. From the airport you need to get a water taxi or driver, but if you drive you need to walk 10 minutes ish with many stairs with luggage. The room is small buy clean. The view of the canal is great. We did not have breakfast but I appeared good. Staff at the desk will Arrange for you to get back to the airport. We had a porter take our bags $5 per bag. Worth every cent he worked hard. However watch your belongings. We were pick pocketed on the way to the airport

Loved this property, it was very close to the train station which made it very easy coming into and leaving Venice. It was also only about a 20 min walk from the hotel to San Marco Square. Property was great w an awesome view of the canal. Staff weren't overly friendly, seemed a bit annoyed when we engaged w them. And we really didn't use the bar or restaurant, so can't speak to the amenities.

Great location as close to train station and walking bridges… right on the canal but room had view of alley and trash, a little noisy at times. Staff helpful and kind. Good breakfast but a little pricey. Great air conditioning and comfy bed. Nice shower and bathroom amenities

We absolutely loved this hotel on the canal; we stayed 3 nights. The room was perfect and just a short walk from the train station. The outdoor restaurant was so beautiful with the flowers and was right on the water. It really was perfect for our first visit to Venice. Perfect for walks and shopping. Plenty of shops and outdoor restaurants to choose from. Would stay here again. I enjoyed opening the windows and watching the canal boats come and go it was a dream. The food and staff were excellent!
