"Fantastic staff they were awesome. They held our bags for us after checkout while we explored the rest of the day in Venice before catching the train out of town. Food was good big variety, all hot and fresh. Pricing on the little convenience items was about double what you would pay at one of the little stores around the corner though."

"Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The location was superb for a central Venice stay. Room was well furnished and the aircon was appreciated as you'd need the windows closed as you are very central; noise from tourists outside in the evening. Not a criticism of the hotel. We didn't try breakfast but the bar was happy to brings drinks and nibbles to the room."

"The staff were lovely and willing to help. While there are lifts, we had some additional stairs to our room but the staff were more than willing to assist with bags. The breakfast options were fantastic, location is great to the train station, just be mindful if you arrive by bus there is a bridge to cross with many stairs. Great restaurant options nearby and a fantastic location to get around or catch a ferry as needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"I believe the hotel is over rated. Maybe a 7.5/8, not really a 9. With carpet in the rooms, if you have allergies you might suffer a bit. The room overall is ok. The breakfast is really good, which is a positive thing and there are few good restaurants nearby for dinner. Also, is very close if you need to take a bus yo the airport or a train to other places in Italy"
